DIY TR900 Turbofan Engine Aviation Model Assembly Kit

Kit comes well packed with parts in foam compartments. Instructions are not the best but the pictures are good. Suggest you read through and study before starting. My kit had a white main shaft which is disappointing as it could be silver to blend in. Some parts need sanding to allow a good fit so some model making experience is essential.

Decent enough model, you get what you pay for, 3d printed and looks alright. Motor is a little stuttery tho.

This is a snap together model. Tolerance for the pieces is very tight but they hold position. Detail is great and it makes a good discussion piece for teaching children.



It has variable speed control, but does not run very fast and my motor has an occasional squeal when operating additionally, the motor came reverse wired so the fan runs backward.



My grandson enjoyed building it with me, so overall, it is worth what i paid for it

Real cool toy. Instructions are a bit weak. Great teaching aid to understand a turbo fan engine.

Despite the instructions not having english in the instructions the pictures clearly showed the steps required to assemble this engine. The stand also has a built in battery to operate the movement of the turbine. The stand includes an on/off control with variable speed for the turbine which is a nice touch. The only minor issue was slight irregularities with the 3d printed rotating shafts which required touching up with a craft knife. Overall this product was excellent when fully assembled and would recommend.

What piece of junk , i thought i was going to assemble it but it came already assembled and it looks so cheap , mission accomplished if wanted to scam people

I purchased this for my son for christmas ad he loves planes. He had a good time putting it together and lining up all the fans.

There was a slight issue with a lose wire on the stand that needed me to take it apart and screw the wire back into its socket but that was very easy to do and obvious what the problem was.

Overall i would give it 4.5 stars and the .5 is only because of the wire, given how easy it was to fix i can't take off a full star for that.

Very happy with the mockup ... pay atention with the alignment of the stages to work smoothly. Made of bright and hard plastic, but looks like metallic. Recommended.
