Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking


Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the carrier's website or through our [Track Order] page.


If you haven't received tracking info within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at service@chinafinegoods.com.


Customs & Import Duties


International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees before ordering.


We do not mark packages as "gifts" or under-declare values on customs forms — this is illegal and could delay your shipment.


Shipping Restrictions


  • We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us and we'll check availability.
  • P.O. Box addresses may experience longer delivery times.
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO) are supported but transit times are not guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Packages


If your package arrives damaged, please:

  • Take clear photos of the damage (box + product)
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@chinafinegoods.com
  • We'll arrange a replacement or refund

  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors and your local post office
  • Wait 48 hours (sometimes carriers scan early)
  • Contact us if still not found — we'll open an investigation

  • Multiple Items


    Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.


    Address Changes


    Need to change your shipping address? Contact us immediately at service@chinafinegoods.com. We can update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet. Once shipped, we cannot redirect the package.
