Eligibility


To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging with all parts and accessories
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

Return Reasons


Defective or Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item:

  • Take clear photos showing the defect or damage
  • Email us at service@chinafinegoods.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • We'll provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no cost to you

  • Changed Your Mind?

    If you simply decided the item isn't right for you:

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs
    • Items must be in resellable condition (unopened, unused)
    • Refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the item
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

    How to Return


  • Contact us first — email service@chinafinegoods.com with your order number and reason for return
  • We'll provide return instructions and (if applicable) a return shipping label
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Ship to: China Fine Goods, Hanghai Road, Zhengzhou, 450000 Henan, China

  • Do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

    Refunds


    Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after delivery), we'll process your refund:


    • Refunds go back to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card)
    • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
    • If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank first, then contact us

    Exchanges


    Need a different size, color, or model? The fastest way is to:

  • Return the original item (following the steps above)
  • Place a new order for the item you want

  • This ensures your new item ships immediately rather than waiting for the return to arrive.


    Late or Missing Refunds


    If you haven't received your refund:

  • Check your bank account / PayPal balance again
  • Contact your credit card company — processing can take time
  • Contact your bank — there's often a posting delay
